About Me
With experience comes vision
With pride and gratitude, I can say: clients love it — both here and overseas
I have almost 30 years of massage experience, with professional, knowledge-based and active practice since 2011.
A person should keep learning throughout life. A few years ago, I gained new knowledge and skills to offer even more — helping my clients feel not only better, but also look more beautiful and radiant.
In addition to high-quality massage treatments, my portfolio includes ultrasonic facial treatment, facial cupping therapy, and KOBIDO – Japanese facial massage. All procedures are suitable for both women and men, and age is not a limiting factor.
In my massage treatments, I use different styles and techniques, depending on the client’s needs
My clientele ranges from children to seniors, and from sedentary office workers to professional athletes. People come to me for high-quality massages that deliver real results.
Clients visit with existing concerns, for recovery or preventive care, and to support the overall well-being of both body and mind.
On two occasions, I have had the honor of supporting athletes participating in the Olympic Games.
“Just do the best you can. No one can do more than that.”

I use only the very best products
For massage treatments, I work with PINO oils and creams — a well-known and highly regarded German brand. For facial massage, I use natural oils by Angelina Palm. For ultrasonic facial treatments, I use ANESI products from Spain, specially developed for professional procedures. For facial creams, serums, and masks, I trust MARIA GALLAND.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is massage painful?
Massage should not be painful, but effective. When there is pain, the body stays tense and the massage becomes ineffective.
Of course, there may be tender or painful areas, such as trigger points. I always say that it may feel a bit painful now and ask the client to breathe deeply in and out.
Is it normal to get bruises after a massage?
No, it is not. The only exception is cupping massage. A hematoma (bruise) is blood that has collected outside the blood vessels due to injury or illness. In everyday terms, a bruise occurs when capillaries or larger blood vessels rupture. Therefore, bruising is not acceptable in a good-quality massage.
Can you get a headache after a massage?
Yes, a headache after a massage is completely possible and usually not dangerous. The most common reasons are:
• Release of muscle tension. If the neck and shoulder muscles have been tense for a long time, their relaxation can temporarily cause a headache.
• Dehydration. Massage speeds up metabolism and the movement of “waste products” – if you don’t drink enough water, a headache may occur.
• Too much pressure. Especially in the neck, base of the skull, or shoulder area.
• Postural changes / blood pressure. Standing up after lying down or changes in circulation may cause a headache sensation.
• Stress response. Sometimes massage also releases emotional tension, which can manifest as a headache.
What can I do?
• Drink water 💧
• Rest for a while after the massage
• Avoid intense exercise or screen time immediately after
• If you had deep neck–occipital massage, warmth may also help
If the headache is very strong, lasts for several days, occurs after every massage, or is accompanied by other symptoms (such as dizziness or visual disturbances), it is worth discussing this with both your massage therapist and a doctor.
Do I also do sports massage?
Yes, if the client is an athlete 😊
It is often believed that sports massage is always strong and intense. However, sports massage can sometimes be very gentle as well. It depends on what the athlete currently needs and what phase they are in (training, competition preparation, competition, recovery, etc.).
Therefore, sports massage is performed for athletes, and children’s massage is performed only for children.
